SportsReach Lancaster Netball League Following the success of the annual SportsReach Netball Tournament at Garstang, SportsReach is running its sixth Netball League at Lancaster for 2012/13. There are thirteen teams entered this season. Matches will be played on Wednesday evenings at Lancaster University. This year there are 2 divisions. The teams in the league this year are as follows: All Saints (Saint Martins) (Div 2) Bentham (Div 2) Blue Belles (Inskip and LFM) (Div 2) Capernwray Panthers (Students) (Div 2) Capernwray Sharks (Capernwray Chapel) (Div 2) Capernwray Stingwrays (Capernwray Chapel) (Div 1) Chipping Top Cats (Div 1) Chipping Wild Cats (Div 1) Crownlane (Div 1) Garstang (Div 1) Quernmore Jets (Div 2) Quernmore Rubies (Div 1) Westhouse (Div 2) Matches will be played in 4 quarters. The Word of God will be shared at the end of the first matches and at the beginning of the later matches. Points will be awarded as follows: Win - 3pts Draw - 2 pts Loss with score greater than 50% of opposition - 1pt Loss with score less than than 50% of opposition - 0 pts |
