For the second successive weekend, the SportsReach Football League calendar succumbed to the elements with just one fixture taking place – by virtue of a 3G pitch!
Garstang vs Loko and Fleetwood vs Fulwood (cup ties) were both called off on Friday whilst the top-of-the table clash between Longton and Lancaster (league match) failed a Saturday morning pitch inspection.
That left Quernmore vs Wray as the only fixture completed on Saturday with the away side picking up three points in a convincing victory played at Heysham Mossgate’s 3G pitch.
