On Friday evening two teams from SportsReach headed up the M6 to join with Church in the Barn, Penrith and their regular Friday night football at the leisure centre there.

4 points bracelets, sim cards and a trip to the dentist were the basis for the messages shared with the teams, telling them of our need of salvation and that Jesus is the only one who can deal with our sin condition and transform our lives and make us fit for Heaven.

A select team of guys played two games against regular teams that play in the Friday night football, triumphing on both occasions and a team of ladies took on a Penrith ladies team with their game ending goalless due to the excellent performance of the Penrith keeper.  A great evening and good to link up with and support our friends from Penrith.
