The SportsReach League Trophy 2015 final between Fleetwood Emmanuel Church FC and Lokomotiv Carnforth FMFC was a closely contested game with Loko coming out on top and winning 2 – 0
A good crowd enjoyed the game which was end to end and very competitive with Loko’s goalkeeper, Ben Hodgson, pulling off some amazing saves to keep Fleetwood at bay. Two first half goals by Tom Atkinson were enough to see Loko lift the trophy.
Man of the match was awarded to Andrew Windsor of Fleetwood.
Thanks to all who came along and all the officials and ball boys.
Thanks also to Pastor Cristi Murgu of Carnforth who gave a great pre match message on “Choices” – choices made by players, managers and officials which would affect the outcome of the game but the biggest choice of all, what to do with Jesus.
